When a word is translated from a language that uses a different alphabet, they are usually spelled phonetically, so any of those three would be correct. I write "kukri" because I'm lazy.
Generally speaking, for words that end in "i", the plural is the same as the singular. "I have one kukri", "I have two kukri"
No, that's for when you look in your closet and have no idea how many are in there. . .

We are right back where we started.
I am going to use an "s" at the end of the word khukuri to indicate whether it's plural or not. The other way sounds wrong.*It seems that both ways are correct.
