Hey guys, this is the biggest knife that I made so far, the sheet is 16'' and the overall length is 21.6''.
A year ago I did the first kukri, and wanted to return to make another one.
The san mai is made with steel 420 sides and 52100 in the core.
The handle is stabilized maple, the sculpted lines of the form an X.
It is so great that it was not easy taking pictures, I did my best ...
Best Regards
Claudio

Another impressive knife Claudio!
I especially like the patterns in the laminated steel and how you sculpted the handle.

WOW! I have the sudden urge to chop through anyone and everyone around me:D. Stunning piece.

fyp! : )
That is a seriously serious weapon. Looks like something Alexander the Great would brandish at his opponents before hacking them to bits.

Fantastic! Superb job of forging and finishing that one.....

That is a very beautiful and powerful looking blade!

The San Mai works so well on a kukri! Excellent contours on the maple handle!

Another one you should be proud of !!
