how much does she weigh?
where does she balance at?

That looks wicked. I like it. It has a wider mid section than most kukri, so looks stronger and definitely more intimidating. What is the weight of it like?

Thanks for the comments. The balance point is 1 5/16 inch from the front of the handle. It will not register on the scale i have at home, I will weight it tomorrow at work. It does have some weight but not overly heavy for a knife of this size.
Thanks Gene

I like the knife although its hard to see in detail being on an I pod FNF look good I like the micarta scales too .
I was going to say what Lorien said and being my dopey self was guessing about an inch forward of the scales.
But I see the reply (its to do with scrolling down and squinting Lorien) and its 4am here ;) the normal balance point on the ones I have had is further up just before the recurve.
I'm guessing the gentle recurve rather than that of the usual Khuk is why it is so ?.
Mine is the same steel from khukuri house , I did have one given to me buy a gurhka but it got stolen :(.
Nice knife where is the sweet spot with the recurve being less prominent ?.

Hi Gene, I like it
It looks more like a version of a Golok to me rather than a Khukuri though!
Kindly google "golok" and go for image then you can see what I mean, pal :)

.. The balance point is 1 5/16 inch from the front of the handle ..
Sounds good to me!
Congrats and thanks for sharing Gene :)

Nice lookin knife. Good lines. The handle looks comfortable. With the right edge geometry, it oughta be a beast! Have you cut with it?
