Hi,
Ive always wanted an early Indian proofed Kukri and I paid dearly for one on e-bay.
Marked "DHW", dated "1919" with Broad arrow in between "I" and "G", with "3" underneath it.
Its got the #"25" on blade too.
Is this Gurkha unit marked? "25"? I guess its the No. II model, as its marked "II" too.
Anyone know what "DHW" means? Its got its scabbard and small blade with it.
I won it on e-bay from the UK. Auction # 1148998611.
Please help me ID these markings?
Thanklyou, Andy Gordon
