Kukri Question

When is the Becker "Kukri" coming out, and what is the blade shape like when compared to the BK4?

Is is larger but similarly shaped?
 
No. The 4 doesn't have a "true" khukri design. The 21 is more of a traditional khukri. Ka-Bar is taking orders from vendors at shot show. I'd say it will be available mid February.
 
It will appear at this year's Shot Show (January). I don't know how long before it hits the distribution pipelines though.

The RBK is actually a little bigger than the pic makes it look too, since the 4 is in the foreground and the RBK is in the backround. The 4 has a 9 inch blade and the 21 has a 13 1/2 inch blade if I am remembering right, and has a deeper belly.

i've taken release dates with a grain of salt the last couple decades :D
