Kukri's, khukuri's, kukuri's

I picked up this beauty some time ago. I've used it to chop down a small tree that needed chopping. It is the officer's model...meaning it is a bit smaller than the standard but it fits my hands perfectly.

In do not know much aout this style of knives, but I do know not all are created equally. I have seen some that are total crap made for the tourist trade, other are fine quality. Almost works of art.
