Have recently fallen in love with Kukris!

I think they're the best "one tool option", if you ask me.

What kukris are ya'll using??!!

Indestructible kukris?

Cheap, good kukris??

Recently bought two Kershaw Camp 10's and man, if that's not the definition of a "one tool option". What a design!

Lemme know!

Cheers!

I picked up a Nepal-forged kurkri for $65 some years (OK, decades) ago in Edmonton. Probably came from a Mercedes leaf spring. If at all possible go for an original.

You might want to wander over to the Himalayan imports sub forum....and a new addiction.

Went ahead and posted in the Himalayan forum!

Thanks for the tip!

Is "A New Addiction" a sub forum, as well, or are you merely commenting on, well... my new addiction... Ha!

Seriously -that's not a sub forum, is it?

@Kailash Blades Scourge. My favorite garden management tool for the past years :)

Yup, and unconditional, lifetime warranties that follow their blades, so mess it up as bad as you want, they'll send you a new one.

Okay -I was being sarcastic because the only ones I could find online were, like, $2,000...

Are there reasonably priced ones?

That's because you're looking on ebay, the guy selling those is LK. He's known for overpricing knives. He's also impossible to get along with. It's also because you're looking at Custom Shops, Custom Shop Busse are what I sell also, but i charge a lot less than he does. You'd do better to find a user(micarta or g10 handles) here on the forums, they usually go for around $600, the Killa Zilla is another good one, but much more rare/expensive. also consider you will never have to replace the knife, you buy each model once and you never need to buy another one. The warranties are unlimited. Here are some of mine, or the ones that will upload in a thread-

What is the function of the serrations on the spine there??
Mostly style I:) they are optional but I could not resist. Works good on a firesteel tho

That beast got a kinda scandi grind, it's easy to shsarpen
Out of the box it was shaving sharp, and it was like that for a long time. Lot of knife for the price, a bit rough around the edges but very efficient and practical. I have been hacking through a lot of stuff with this one, it was my ATV resident machete for a long time. Good adventure knife.
I am considering getting a competition finish of this one tbh :)

Look up the Becker BK21. It's more of a modern style. I have one with micarta scales.
It's Amazing.....
It's going to be difficult to find Anything, with good, known steels that can out compete it. At any (affordable) price....

Whoa! Those knives are super cool lookin'! Some of them feel more like big blades or machetes to me and not kukris, but still... BAD-ASS!!

What is that colorful, almost "Abstract painting-like" handle material there??
