this is bloody -warning- !! animal blood, not human...

-deleted-

This was a bull slaughtered my a kuk, I didn't think it was in bad taste, but in order not to offend anyone I removed it.

Sorry if I made anyone mad...

HOW CAN YOU PUT THIS HERE LIKE THIS FOR CHILDREN JUST TO CLICK ON !!! :grumpy: :(

I'd have to say that my personal opinion would be that nothing from ogrish.com ever needs to be posted here. But that's just me.

I wonder where John Trout has been during all of the beheadings in Iraq? :( :grumpy: I thought earlier discussions brought the decision to not post any links to this kind of bull$hit anymore, assuming that's what it is as I never want too see the like.:grumpy:
And anyone who does can find refrences to go too on the Internet. :grumpy:

Edit: I see now that it says animal blood and not human but Uncle Bill has ALWAYS refused to post these kinds of pix on this forum. A damned good policy in my opinion.

It's just a picture of a cow beheading. I don't know what those foreigners are up to, but it happens hundreds of thousands of times daily right here in the US.

Then the carcass is dismembered, and the flesh is sold to be burned and eaten.
Much of it is ground into a sort of meat paste for use in a ritual where it is formed into small round, loaves and incinerated in backyard crematoriums before it is eaten. Much alcohol is usually consumed as part of this ritual.

YVSA,
You are being much too hard on John. The two issues are not comparable. This link is just an illustration of what a skilled hand can accomplish with a well tuned khukuri. As for the terrorist we could only hope that they would offer as much concern for their victims as this ghurka has demonstrated for a mere animal. At least the animal is killed in a quick and clean manner; surely no worse, and perhaps better, then whatever means are used to keep us in hamburgers.

BTW, what I found most interesting from the link, was the seemingly effortless way in which that guy used his knife. It is a very skillfull swing, but, relatively slow, and not as brutally powerful as one would expect.

Maybe so, but John did remove the link as I dropped him an email as well. The fact still remains that Uncle Bill doesn't like these kinds of links or pix posted and to me that's the bottom line.
Methinks Uncle Bill deserves that respect and especially now. We need to police our own actions as a forum. John probably wasn't aware of the fact but is now as everyone should be.
Uncle Bill doesn't like anything posted that is in questionable taste that a child may click on.
I hardly think talking about the link posted is in good taste either, but y'all do as you see fit. :p ;)

True dat.

IIRC, this film was linked to here in the Cantina previously, but without the Ogrish.com footnote burned into the corner.
