Is that fish scales engravings on the fuller?! The cho looks like a Kobra. 5oz, is that a typo? Could it be 15oz?

That BAS is very nice. Love that Gray horn handle.

I guess I couldn't see too well on my phone, it's not fish scales, but a "file" like design, just what Phillll said.

It's been a good while, and I'm both a long-time Kumar fan and a believer that the BAS is vastly under-appreciated...

I love my BAS, and I agree that the BAS seems to be overlooked often when forumites ask about multi-use blades, or are looking for suggestions, that are comparable to a WWII, or similar.

good score Ndog,,, good on ya mate!~ best for me to hang back anyways
Thanks dmc! I hope I got it? Really curious on the weight and the handle looks full length. I think Reti means file. I dont think this is one of them knives you can expect to see very often as the Kamis tools are not easy to come by and are probably used to death. That BAS is really nice too!

Ok ndog, you pushing me without knowing it. I can't keep my eyes of of the BAS. I am about 2 seconds away from sending THE email. I have a large sum purchase coming up with auntie for some great stuff, I don't know if the BAS is gonna push the missus into P.O. Mode. Maybe I'll just cook dinner for the week, let her sleep in more, and take her shopping, that ought to get me some leniency.

Me neither buddy. I've always liked the wood. This is the first time I've thought of going for horn. Something about that gray horn just calls to me. Wow.

Get it, oh please, take it!

Ummm...I may have been unclear when I posted above...the BAS is no longer available. ;)
