Kuno Ritter carving set information wanted

I am looking for information about a carving set that I inherited from my parents. It is a 3 piece carving set that I believe was bought in Germany while my parents were part of the occupying force after WW2. All three pieces have stag? handles. The knife has a circular logo with 'Kuno Ritter Solingen' on the blade, and rost frei below.

The knife has a carved wolf at the end of the handle, the fork has a carved dog. Any information would be appreciated. This set will be inherited by my kids and is not for sale.
