hello,
i am planning to teach a introduction workshop each weekend for 6 weekend beginning in september to october. these are the cities,
chico, ca
oakland, ca (might be 2 days in four places)
sacramento, ca
modesto,ca
fresno, ca
san jose, ca

they will be in muslim mosque in those towns, just to let you know. if anybody is interested to go, please email me and i can give the days. thank you.
 
When will you be in Chico? How much will the workshops cost, and what are you going to cover? I am very interested.

i plan to make chico my first visit, which will probably be on the second saturday of september. someone else is making my plans for me, but i know chico will be first one.

it will be about 3 hours long, and $40. we will do empty hand strikings, and basic leg attacking, dealing with hold and grabbings, the short knife and stick fighting. my stickfighting will be more of a street fighting stick than a stick to stick style. what i mean by this is, stick to against emtpy hand, against two people, against the knife. we will do technique, with the regular 28 inches stick, and the short stick (9-12 inches), sparring, no drills.

i am hoping to convert some people to the philippine martial arts with my workshop. thank you for asking about it.
 
i dont know the name of the place in modesto. when i find out all the addresses, i am going to post them here. if you are interested to go let me know so i can sent you a flyer.
