Does anyone have a Kutmaster SOA1? My knife-buying budget is dear, and I'm tempted by this one; in photos it's a great-looking knife. I'd like to learn what country they are made in, and opinions of general quality.
I have 2 of them. I field tested the first and it functioned great. Needed slight honing to get the edge back. Chopped through a 2X4 with it. The sheath is pretty thick and seems well stiched. I added a ferro rod. The blade is about .200 thick with nice clean grinds. Here is the down fall. CHINA.
