Read a lot of reviews online and despite the mix, I decided to pull the trigger on this knife and I am very glad I did.

I love the box it came in, nice snug fit to protect the knife during the shipping process and I always have a safe place to put it when its not in my pocket. The blade (satin finish) is absolutely gorgeous, no blems and ridiculously sharp out of the box. It is butter smooth to open and close and the lock up is fantastic (not a huge fan of liner locks but this is the best one ive seen personally). No blade play, very comfortable handle and pocket carry. Have actually had to reach down and double check its in my pocket a few times.

The blade came just slightly off center when closed but a minimal adjustment of the pivot screw lined it up perfectly so no issue there. The pocket clip is small but strong and I actually really like the recessed attachment feature. Usually EDC a Spyderco Manix 2-xl but needed something with a smaller profile to carry on work days and this has suited my needs perfectly.

This is my first Boker knife and I am a very satisfied customer. Great job with this one 2 thumbs up from me!

+1
Have always liked the kwaiken,
Always felt the quality and fit and finish was an outstanding value
Can't wait to get my paws on a mini Kwaiken

I have 3 boker kwaikens all of them came perfect the heat treat on the vg10 is excellent they are daily users and have performed wonderfully. Great thin design the only thing I did to mine was add jimping to the flipper and some to the spine.
Great product, as a note if you strop these after use you won't need to sharpen them often 10 passes and the vg 10 is ready to go.
