I am excited about this one. This is my first double hollowgrind on my brand new grinder. The top edge is only sharpened 2inches to abide by local double-edged laws. The steel is 1095 - all stock removed and clay-backed edge hardened. The finish is fresh off the machine using a technique that maintains the hamon with the correct "coloration". This is quite a solid piece in the hand. Thanks for looking. Jason.
