Is it legal to carry a balisong knife in Kentucky?

KY balisong legality?

In KY, it is legal to conceal (without a license) an "ordinary pocket knife or hunting knife". The statute does not define these terms. Is a balisong an "ordinary pocket knife"? I have no idea. 
With a Concealed Deadly Weapons License, you can certainly carry a balisong. But it is not legal to carry a concealed deadly weapon - even with a license - in restricted places like schools, police stations, courts, and bars.
It is also legal to openly carry a balisong, even without the license.
So there you go. Not much help, but thats the way it is.
