Kydex and Kraton Sweat???

I have a Ka-Bar model 1222NK and when ever I come in from the cold the handle and sheath starts to sweat. Is this normal? I am new to this man made handles and sheath thing. Thanks Geoff. And dont forget that Jesus is the reason for the season.
