I’ve got a NMSFNO with a Mashed Cat sheath coming. Currently, it’s got a Tek-Lok on it. I don’t know what’s happened to the proprietor but his website is not available and he hasn’t logged-on BF for awhile.

So my question is can any of you guys recommend where I can find both the best drop loop attachment and a thigh strap with buckle I could buy, based on your experiences? Also, if you are a craftsman and these are in your wheelhouse to make, I’d be interested in your services. Thanks.

Can't help you with the thigh strap, but checkout the drop loop accessories at Sagewood Gear. You'll have to measure your sheath holes to get the right size, but I use them on several sheaths and have been very happy with them.
