kydex/ concealex sheath for Leatherman Wave?

Anyone make a kydex or concealex sheath for a Leatherman Wave? High-ride vertical carry is what I'm looking for.

If you have any ready-made in stock, please let me know its style and price, and your contact info. Jpeg would be great, too. (Already tried emailing Eric/ Normark at O/ST but got no reply.)
