kydex for a GW?

So I have a Game Warden on the way. 0.18 thickness I believe.

Where do I get a good kydex sheath?

Do I send the knife in, or do most of these guys have ones of there own to form the sheaths to?

I realize this could be a question for each individual maker, and it probably depends on the knife, but just in general.

its coming with one of Chuddy Bear's leather sheaths, so I am sure that will be good, based on other talk around here. I am not in a huge hurry or anything, but I'd like a kydex for the multiple position carry available with a Tek-Lok or the like.

Also what it the average price for this type of deal?
