Kydex for Jereboam :)

Just finished this kydex. That's the biggest I've made so far. It's intended to be used as a backpack rig. Imagine that you tie it on strong side of the backpack handle down for easy access... sounds good? Yeah, at least to me. Anyway, Jereboam is a great heavy blade and I can imagine that it'd be much easier to carry it that way than just on belt :cool:

That's a beautiful sheath, Piter! Will it cause wear on the knife's finish from drawing and resheathing?

No, it should not. I've left just a bit more space (simply 4 additional layers of masking tape along the blade) so it fits nice and not too tight. No rattle either of course. It clips on the guard with enough force to give 100% safety and all you need to deploy the knife is to insert your thumb betwen both pieces of kydex, just where the guard is. Easy. And safe... both for user and blade finish :)
