Kydex for lep warden without sending knife away

Recently scored one of these knives and I'm very happy with it.

However being in the UK it's not really practical to post the knife back to US to have a sheath made up.

With that in mind i was wondering whether anyone would be sending there Lep away to get sheathed any time soon or if someone might have the pattern for a Lep warden off the shelf, as I understand the slabs are possibly different thickness to the standard model?

If possible I'd really like Olive Drab kydex.

Any help or advice much appreciated.

I was gonna say contact Dave also. He's doing a Fire Warden sheath for me.

Thanks kindly.

I've sent an email. I wasn't sure whether or not it's sized differently to the other wardens :)

Cheers

The Black tiger is .20 so David has a pattern for a thicker blade than the lep Warden. I would think that .005 would not make that much of a difference and so it should work for yours also. David was good about responding to my questions always answered by the next day.
Good Luck

The Lep Warden is .195" thick. I don't believe it will fit anything smaller than that. Kydex has no give. I have a Buy Brown sheath for my Tan/Double-Cut, which is .17", and it will not fit. Check out Lil Foo's Warden specs thread for the thickness of all GWs: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=462951

It's true. My Lep warden doesn't fit kydex sheath made for my DC Black micarta warden. The handles of the Lep are noticably thicker. I love them. I just cannot put this green baby away!
The cool thing is my Black tie warden (0.14") can be worn without any problems in two sheaths that were made for my DC Black micarta warden (0.17").
