So, I just got back from a trip. I should be in bed, but I'm not. Because THIS was waiting for me when I got home.






I've been excited about picking up my first custom kydex from 710 after seeing the work he did on a machax sheath in a YouTube video. I decided to pick one up for my first and favorite Becker, the BK2. Leather dangler, ESEE pouch plate, and kydex firesteel loop - this sheath is going to be the foundation for my survival sheath kit (future post coming).







My BK2 looks good in its new pants. Retention is great and zero rattle. Very stoked about putting this sheath to work and building out my kit for it. This won't be my last sheath from 710. Thanks, JD! [emoji3]

He really does. I ordered my ESEE pouch for it last night and it has already shipped today so it might even be here by the end of the week. Firesteel also en route soon. The rest of the kit will start coming together from there.

I've been happy with every sheath I've got from Julio.

JD is great--I have two of his sheaths, both for Beckers, and both are perfect.
 
I have been carrying a Sixteen in a Julio/KaBar sheath for a bit now and I really do like it a lot....... First class work from a first class guy......

The Habilis/Exotac fireROD I ordered for this project came in today! Should have the ESEE pouch and a mini-folding saw in hand by Monday!
