Kydex neck sheath for Chris Reeve knife

An Ebay seller is offering a kydex neck sheath for a Chris Reeve small Sebenza 21. Has anyone tried this? Will it securely hold the knife without a clip? $24.50 also seems high to me for what it is. Any thoughts on carrying a knife in a neck sheath?
