kydex questions

what grades thicknesses do you use

most the knife supply houses carry .06 and .09. you can use either one but you might use the .09 for large knives, say like a bowie and .06 for anything smaller. you will get plenty of people that use .09 for everything and others that use .06 for every thing (I use .08 concealex so I can sit on the fence)

get a square foot of each and try them both. if i had to chose just one, i'd try .06

im going to be ordering directly from kleerdex so i can really get almost any thickness i need

ahh...get T-100 haircell pattern in .08. It will do just fine. There are other grades that have slightly more fire retardent in it but if your sheath is on fire, I suspect you will know it.

I got looking in my info packet and I dont see a t-100 grade There is a kydex t grade and a kydex 100 grade which one is the right one?

the cheapest, you won't be able to tell the difference.
