KYDEX questions

I've gotten some Kydex and Concealex from Texas Knifemaker's Supply, and I love the stuff. However, I have a few folks who want other colors (red and blue mostly).

In looking through Google, there are about a couple dozen grades of Kydex. I'm using .060 thickness, but what Grades does everyone use for Knife sheaths? I see T-Sheets, but they want quite a bit for them. Any info would be most welcome.

They do have a $50.00 minimum order. Their prices are cheaper and they have more variety than most knifemaking supply places.
