Kydex scratches

Hey guys, Is there anyway kydex scratches on a satin finish blade can be removed without having to send it back to Busse? Anyone know what the final finish (grit) is on a satin blade. Thanks

Give this a read... http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=666830&highlight=scratches. Maroon Scotch Brite pads will work too, rub from edge to spine. If you want it to look perfect, send it back to Busse.

Rick--- That's good info from GregS.
I love Kydex but it does scuff up the blade.
I use 320 wet/dry emery cloth and lightly finish with a green scrubbie. For that factory look, you need to finish on a buffer.

If the scratches are not deep, try flitz... it does work on surface scratches. If deeper, than do what Greg and Lycosa said.
