Kydex Sheath For A 14" Old Hickory Butcher Knife?

I was needing one made for this knife. I was hoping not to spend alot because the knife just cost $7.00. LOL I was wondering if I could just send a tracking of the knife to someone so I would not have to send the whole knife in the mail.

I don't know anyone who would attempt that. Kydex needs something to form around.

I'll add that the broad tip might add to the cost as well since that has to be accounted for. Also, you won't be getting much security advantage with Kydex since there's nowhere for it to grip without modding the scales. Personally, if I were looking for a low cost option for that knife, I'd look around at premade 14" machete sheaths.
 
You could make your own from schedule 20 pvc irrigation pipe and a heat source
