Kydex sheath for CAK

Hello everyone,as promised yesterday im posting some pictures with my 20 inch Chiruwa Ang Khola with the new kydex sheath

For some comparrison i got my CAK to a BK9 and a CS Heavy Machete

If anyone wants i can post my caveman tools to make it and just to clarify this is my 2nd sheath i ever made,the 1st one was yesterday and it was for a paclite buck skinner.I appritiate all the critisism and feedback if there's any.

Its not done,i have a pouch to add to it,the 2 little knives and a belt loop,also i gotta clean it up a little bit.

Have you ever tried Armour All on Kydex? I use it on my Kydex sheaths, it will even out the color.

I havent but now i will,i was trying to figure out how to make the color even actually,thank you for the tip.To be fully honest i didnt know how to do this properly,i overshot on the measurements so i ended up grinding it for about 30 mins,but the problem initially was heating up the kydex,2 large pieces in an open area didnt heat much after 15 minutes under the heat gun,i ended up making a mini furnace/stove/heat box out of some wood lined with tin foil,those 2 pieces heated up to what i wanted in under 3 minutes.The next step now is to add the karda/chakma and the belt loop,I have to admit that making your own gear/additions to said gear is a very good feeling since you get exactly what you want.
