My apologies if this is an FAQ, but does any forumite know of a source for a Kydex sheath for a CS Trailmaster?

I'm looking for black or olive drab, with loops for attachment to a bergen strap (either point down or inverted.)

I also need an accessory pocket on the outside of the sheath for a firestarter, paracord, matches, small SAK etc.

I need the source to be someone who is prepared to post the sheath to the U.K.

Thanks in advance for all assistance.

the above gentleman is a Bladeforum regular poster and has made many a custom sheath for bladeforum people and knife industry.

He should be able to help you out and since he is canadian posting to the UK is like posting a letter back home. Give hime a shout and he can custom make something for you.

Thanks, Westicle. I've looked at On-Scene's products, but they're not quite right. The sheath looks too wide for one thing. It seems like there's wasted material. They also seem rather "unformed", i.e. not moulded to the knife for which they are intended.

I also want slots down the edges of the sheath (like the Fallkniven Kydex sheath) for straps or zip ties to attach the sheath to a bergen.

Close but not exactly right...

Any other suggestions, gents?

I'll second the blade tech choice. They make a model for the CS Trailmaster

Thank you all, gentlemen. I believe the Blade Tech product is closest to what I require.

I'm obliged to you all for your help.

Hey Guys...

Thanks for the plug..

MO...

First off,, you have to excuse the poor picture,, or rather sheath..This is a sheath that I did nearly 3 years ago..Style has changed on it, and I suppose the picture should either be taken down or replaced...

As far as the sheath not looking like its molded for the knife..
Hmmm not sure what you mean there,, pretty much looks like the knife to me..:)

The exytra material is there for a reason... If you would like your eyelets right up against the blade,, thats not a problem at all,,but you won't like them there... As I said the picture isn't a very good representation of the new sheath, but its the only picture I have at the moment.

As far as putting a pouch ontyo the sheath,, thats not a problem at all..I put a band around the sheath now that allows you to attach pretty much any type of pouch you would like..

Anyway,, have a good look around my site,, there are for sure better examples of my work there..I assure you, they are the finest, most well engineered synthetic sheaths on the market.
