Kydex sheath for folding knives.

I may try making a Kydex sheath for a Manix of mine. I have no knowledge of working Kydex, can anyone give info on the "how to's" of Kydex...or photo's of a typical folding knife sheath.

How about a synopsis of the principles involved in working with kydex?

I would like to see a return to sheaths for folding knives.

A sheath holds a folding knife more securely than does a pocket.
A sheath provides a discrete carry that respects the sensitivities of the public and at the same time satisfies the legal issues of concealed and unconcealed carry.
A folding knife without a clip feels much better in the hand than does any folding knife with a clip.
Aesthetically and design-wise, a clipless knife looks much cleaner and more elegant.
Yes, I know.
The market votes with its dollars, and the market has voted for pocket clip folding knives.
