Really been enjoying playing with the kydex as of the last few days, fabbed me up a cool little sheath for the Leatherman Fuse tonight, nice tight retention with a little click when it pops into place, nice and compact at 3-1/8" wide. Picked me up a nice heat gun today and have some more kydex and eyelets on the way, have a nice little kydex setup with foam press that I made and a nice heavy duty eyelet setter.

Looks good! Did you make the belt loop part too? If so, can I ask how you formed it? (In the press? If so, over what?)

Thanks, actually the belt loop was one I had from a knife that I have, I'm hoping to replicate them though. I may try to make one today.

Nice! I recently started making Kydex sheaths and started with a tek lok... But on a recent sheath I made a belt loop out of kydex. I will take some pictures and do a post if you're interested.

*Edit* - I took some pictures and posted on a new thread in this forum. Would love your opinion on my solution to a belt loop made from Kydex. (I formed it by hand).
