Kydex sheath help

I am looking for a little help on a Kydex belt clip. I have a Caffrey EBK that I have sprung and cracked the belt clip on. For those of you not familiar with this knife, the belt clip is a separate piece of Kydex attached with Chicago screws to the sheath. Anyway, with Ed out of the country on military duty, I need to find a source to replace the clip. Can y'all point me in the right direction? Thanks.
