Kydex Sheath Makers?

I've got a CRKT Ryan Plan B and like the knife but the sheath is not nearly adequate. I'd like a couple of new sheaths for it - one "neck" and one "belt." Might anyone have some advice on a sheath maker to turn out a couple of simple kydex sheaths? Thanks!
