Kydex sheath question

I have been playing around and attempted to make a kydex sheath for a Crawford Tanto neck knife that I have. My question is, how do you attach the eyelets or rivets to the kydex sheath? I understand that you have to drill a hole but how do they attach? I am presently using Chicago screws.

You need some sort of flaring device(punch or press) to expand the other end of the eyelet to form the mechanicle hold. I used an eyelet setter punch from Tandy Leather and now have the eyelet press from Knife Kits.
