Kydex Sheath with new Seal Pup Elites?

If I buy a new Seal Pup Elite knife which Kydex Sheath does it come with?

This one?

Or this one?

Is the top one actually kydex? seems more like moulded nylon? Its the option I got and I was a bit puzzled. didn't really mind as I wasn't looking forward to the line cutter, but the attachment isn't as good as the American sportsman which the bottom option has.

Yep you called it. The top one is a molded nylon sheath that is sold separately, but some online retailers show the Seal Pup with that sheath so I thought there was a change at SOG, since their were complaints about the current kydex sheath.
