Kydex sheath

Has anyone tried to make or get made a custom kydex sheath for a larger size multi tool? I am interested in doing this but was wondering if anyone had any design tips or ideas on making such a sheath. My only requirement is that it is low profile and has a belt clip not a belt loop.

see if you can get a hold of deaths head. he is here on the forums he does some great work. you can see some of his stuff at edcforums.com. just do a search for deaths head and look.
