I did a search and it seems that Jim March and ghurka house are the only ones to make a good kydex rig.

Has anyone else had one made?

I assume you mean a kydex sheath for a khukuri? (because there are hundreds of folks who make kydex sheaths in general)

If that's what you mean, I have one in progress right now. It's not terribly difficult to accomplish yourself. Just need an oven, some plywood boards with foam glued to it and a willingness to try and try again...

Has Terry Sisco made any kydex khuk sheaths?

Texas Knife has an article about making kydex sheaths:

http://www.texasknife.com/TKS_Mainframe.htm

Click on 'Projects and News' on the left-hand frame, then the article called "Instructions For Making Sheaths with Kydex Material
".

There's also a cool 'Knife Making Tutorial Database' a little further down.

Sarge, thanks for telling us about this site. It's great.

We considered it but Pala didn't like the kydex. He sort of harks to the old philosophy of "if it ain't broke don't fix it."

I recently got some kydex and associated supplies. I've made 2.5 sheaths so far and each one seems to be getting a little better. It's really not too difficult to work with.

After my current Kbar sheath project is finished I will have enough kydex left to do 1 khukuri. I'll either do one for my ugly little villager (tough little bugger!) or my favorite 15" AK. We'll see how it goes!
