Kydex

Does anyone have suggestions about the different kydex makers out there for my NMSFNO and my NMFBM? Northern Knives in Anchorage already has my little knives for some kydex pants, my Batacs already have either kydex or leather, and my most recent acquisitions came with their original sheaths. Chuddy Bear is making me a leather dangler for my NMSFNO, but I think I'd like some kydex for it as well.

Okuden, Mashed Cat, Buy Brown, On Scene, are there any significant differences between the makers?

Steelnut also makes great Kydex sheaths!!

You cant go wrong with either of these guys.
 
Normark does great work; he uses Concealex, which I believe is sturdier as well as more attractive than Kydex. I had him make sheaths for my F1 and my Dozier K1 and couldn't be happier.

Yep, yep and yep. However I haven't had the pleasure yet of using a Mashed Cat sheath, although, from what I've heard they are excellent. I'd add Buy Brown in there too.
 
Skunk has Mashed Cat kydex's for the NMSFNO on the website,,,, $55.00 ,,,,,, They're well made ,,, I have 2 of his , 1 for my BAD and another for a SkinnyAsh,,, pancake style with a Lrg. Teklock. There are a few other makers on this forum,,,, but those are the only kydex sheaths I have. Hopefully others will chime in.

I had one Okuden and liked it a lot, I also have about 10 mashedcat sheaths filled. I would say either will do you well. I have used others, but stick with them.

Hey Bro,

Any of the above are great, to include steelnut. They all have there little diffs, like Okuden, Mashed Cat, and steelnut are hilt hold. I think Buy Brown (Dave) leans towards blade hold (note: I don't own any of Dave's so I can't be for sure).
On Scene, To be honest I havn't seen any of his yet.The one thing is, that with these benders all you have to do is ask and talk. They will do pretty much what you want. That's why the same bunch keep popping up. There ALL good!!!
