I could not receive the KZ sent out by BCK more than a week ago. Because USPS made false entries in their Track & Confirm of the delivery of the last knife I bought from USA, I though USPS was stupid enough to do the same thing again. Yet this delivery issue turns out to be a new problem. Whoever from BCK didn’t provide my complete address to USPS so its local delivery agent could not deliver KZ to me. Considering the troubles and agony my family and I have been through because of this mistake, I think someone owes me an apology.

What?

Just out of curiosity....what agony does not getting a knife put your family through?

Give them a call

(419) 923-6471

You might get that apology, they do have EXCELLENT customer service:thumbup::thumbup:

Because I need to go to work, I asked (begging actually) my wife to stay put so there will be someone to receive the parcel when the delivery finally arrived. This situation lasted for two whole days and she was just about to kill me when I asked her to wait for the third day.

Well, I think you are blessed to have such a loving wife willing to sit around waiting for your knife for three days...

Thats your problem... everyone knows that when you have a Busse knife coming you don't tell your wife, in fact you are suppose to have the blade shipped to your work and then hide it in the house for a little while.

Now she is never gonna let you get another one;)

in all seriousness you should call the shop, this isn't really the place for customer complaints

The Busse Crew is ON TOP of their game.......I neglected to give my current address when I placed my order......Amy CORRECTED me!!!

They know their .......stuff.

Before pointing the finger at them, did you present your address in a clear way as there could be NO mistake in translating your address?

After I noticed the delivery was over due, I asked BCK whether correct address was provided. BCK showed me my correct address they have. I don’t know whether it was feasible for BCK to double-check what they had written on the parcel at that stage, but this issue reminds me that in troubleshooting stage, nothing should be taken for granted.

So at this point BC cannot even be blamed......I am sorry you don't have your KZ yet, but I feel your angst is aimed incorrectly at this point UNTIL you find out WHAT really went on. As you stated, BC has your correct address and this just mmight all be the Postal Systems fault.

I would hold off on the anger until ALL the facts come to surface.

You should lock this until you get the KZ and THEN tell us what happened.:thumbup:

I got the parcel from post office and there isn't any address number on it. So post office was not lying this time.
There is no anger. But I want to share this experience so next time when someone's delivery is over due, he or she might have some idea what could go wrong.

Where do you live.....and the Post Office gives packages with no address:confused:

That's why post office could not make delivery.
I tracked it down through the parcel's Receipt number.
