First L6 blade ive done, really like it. Took a very aggressive edge and was easy to work all the way around. Forged from 1/4" stock, has a 10" blade, 15" overall, Nickel Silver guard/Curly Maple handle. Really light and fast for its size, handles like a small knife, but with big knife power and reach.

Matt, I think I like this one better than anything I've ever seen from you. Awesome!

This is a tremendous looking knife. I like this a lot.

does look like the handle fits in a hand very nicely and balanced. Great photo too...good job.

thanks fellas, its one of if not THE best handling knife ive made, just deceptively fast.

Buddy, headed your way monday!

Great looking knife!! It would be nice to see the sheath for this beauty to complete the package

I'm with Danbo - I think this is my favorite of yours so far. Well done!

thanks again...

Greg, got the L6 from a local maker here named Bill Herndon, he had a few pieces of 1/4 X 1-1/4, i only have 3 pieces, but gonna try and get more. Admiral has it but, its 3/16 i believe.

started with 1-1/4" bar, so ricasso width is limited by this. the other L6 i have is 1.5" wide, so ricasso will be a bit wider on the next 2 of L6.
