If anyone is in the area and wants to stop over for lunch. I made up some baked stuffed tomatoes and green peppers. Got a little carried away. Helen and I would be eating them for a month. The tomato's fresh from the garden and the tomato sauce in the stuffing made from scratch. :D :D

I'd love to George but we're head for the coast to visit Maw and Paw.. :)

Sounds like a delicious lunch, Bubba. Wish I lived a little closer. We'll be enjoying some lobsters and steamers today. Happy Labor Day! :)

Higgy!! I make this clambake in a old cast iron sink lined with seaweed over a wood fire that comes out Great. You put the lobster and crabs on the top. You put the sink on a angle with the drain at the highest point and you keep wetting it down with beer so you have the liquid dripping on the drain so you don't burn it. :D :D Have a good one.

Got enough gas to make to the corner. Thanks for the invite, maybe next year.....
Just hook up Clinton to a wagon and start now that way you will make it in time for next year. HEHEHE!!!! ;)

I had a few neighbors over but the couldn't handle the stuffed pepper and tomatoes, not even Helen could eat them. Apparently I burnt out my taste buds making up my HT'g relish this year. It tasted a little spicy to me, but everyone else found them to hot. Going forward I got to have Helen taste the food before I add any relish to it.  HEHEHEHE!!
