Ladder Damascus sebenza

Might pick up a ladder Damascus sebenza made in 2011 or 2012 can't remember the year but gutting it for 250 bucks!!! And it's the large with all paper work box cloth and tool!
 
For that price it most likely is either damaged or tinkered with- or a fake. Just be careful, if a deal seems too good to be true it usually is......
 
Well it's in CL and he has sent me a lot of pictures of it and says its a safe queen, just is going through a hard time but I'm being very cautious on the deal I don't want to get burned
 
I think it would be worth posting those pictures here. If this person is not a friend doing you a favour then I don't see this ending too well.....He could just be in desperate need of cash but that knife would easily sell for a lot more.

Yes, a little hard to believe. Considering he could easily hop on the forum and sell it in <5 min. I'm always amazed at how quickly things sell.

Nothing wrong with posting pics, no one is going to swipe it from you as they have no idea who the seller is. Most of the time, especially with CRK as of late with all the fakes, if its too good to be true, it usually is a fake. We have all gotten good deals though and its just being a very knowledgable and informed buyer that makes the difference between buying the real deal vs buying a fake.
 
Well I can't make the trip but if anyone on here lives around Houston Texas it is on craigslist and still for sale all looks good to me but still better to check it out in person, not sure if he knows of blade forums but I told him about it, it's on craigslist
