What do you guys think of this? :)

Damascus made of 1030 and 5160
3" blade, 6.5" overall lenght. Handle was made with multilayer cotton micarta. Sheath is black and brown leather, following the same ladder patterns as the blade and handle.

nice patterns and concept....but my head is now spinning a little. I would keep the sheath and blade in that damascus format, but not the handle to "soften" up the visual package.

great knife nevertheless! Ariel, your work constantly amazes me....

Very cool!
BTW thanks for the inspiration am looking forward to doing my first Canister damascus billet next week.
May I ask where you got the ball bearings for your last project?

Robert,

I traded those (and some more) for a knife with a mechanic.

Sometimes people give them away for free when they don't use them or they're broken for the original application.

You can check bike shops as they use them on the internals of the pedals among other places.

Ariel
