Ladies Leg

Thought you folder guys might like this. It is my first attempt at a leg knife. These were give away knives in the 40's from bottle companies.

Thanks guys. It was a fun idea and you do not see alot of people making them. You are right they do take longer to finish off than most. I probably will not make a bunch of them. Most people would not be willing to pay for the time involved, but every now and then you just want to do something out of the ordinary.

Does it function as a bottle opener too? I was always skeptical about that.

Thanks for the comments. Actually I did not know about "opening bottles" untill I was almost through with the knife so this one does not. It needs a little more metal on the Heel to do that.

Leg knives seem to be one of those things either you like or you don't. I had a 1964 P1800 volvo that was the same way - very nich market. I seem to always like things that are just a little bit different.
