Ladybug - plain edge?

I saw a Spyderco Ladybug in a display case the other day, and was suitably impressed. Its partially serrated edge is a big minus for me, though. Is there any chance Spyderco will make a plain-edge Ladybug?

Does anyone know why? I'd buy one in an instant. It's small enough that my wife would probably want one, too.

Some plain edge LadyBugs would be great. I've even had friends look for me some in Japan. I would probably buy several, especially if there were a color selection.

Sign me up for a few!!! I don't like the 50/50 edges. Serrations are OK if needed, but I prefer if all models would be available in plain edge.
 
We will more than likely offer plain edge Ladybugs (or equivalent model) in 2002. At least that is my current plan.

Plain edged Ladybugs, ALL RIGHT!! I love my blue specimen, but if only it sported a full plain edge, or a fully serrated edge for that matter. 2002, the wait begins. I'll just get some other spydies to relieve the waiting

Sal you have made many of us happy by saying this. The only thing that might make it better is say that you are going to bring them out in all the colors like you used to. (hint, hint) Patiently waiting for a plain edge ladybug.

HELLO FOLKS, WHERE WERE YOU GUYZ WHEN I WAS TRYING TO SELL MY LADY BUG PLAIN EDGE IN BLACK. I HAD TO POST IT 5 TIMES OVER 7 MONTHS, BUT IT FINALLY SOLD. IT WAS AN EXTRA ONE I HAD AND I WANTED TO GIVE SOMEONE IN THE STATES A CHANCE TO OWN A RARE KNIFE THAT WAS NOT AVAIBLE IN THE STATES...IT DOES COME IN OTHER COLORS. I HAVE YELLOW,BLUE,AND BLACK GIVEN AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT. IT IS HARD EVEN IN JAPAN TO FIND (LIKE A NEEDLE IN A HAY STACK). I HOPE TO FIND OTHER DIFFERENT SPYDERCO KNIVES IN THE FUTURE.. SO KEEP SEARCHING BECAUSE I WILL. HEY SAL, THE HUNT HAS ALREADY BEGAN...THANKS YOU....CEYA....OOOH-RAH .....CEYA KNIFE DESIGNZ.......

Thanks Sal. I get irritated everytime I fly and have to take my Ladybug off the keychain. The plain edge would do the trick.
