Here is the sheath I was talking about.

It uses Chicago screws to attach a snap on belt loop.

Or you can remove the loop and use it as a dangler or neck sheath.

Great little sheath! I really like it in the neck carry...did you make it fishshooter?

Yeah, I wanted to make one that could be suspended from a piece of ball chain or 550 without using rivets as the attachment points. Makes for a much smaller sheath without the rivets up top. I've been using this one a lot, and find I don't use the belt loop much at all. I'm gonna make a couple with thinner kydex, smaller rivets, and a slightly larger channel for stringing it on. That would make for a smaller sheath that could be tied to swim trunk string and such. I've used it mostly for my Ladybug Salt as a neck knife while surf fishing.

Send me a PM when you get the new ones made with the thinner kydex....I would like to pick up a couple for myself. Really a great idea for a small folder and nicely done!

What, not enough room in your pocket for a Ladybug?

JK nice little sheath and great idea for attachment.

:D I made it for a friend. He doesn't have pockets, or wear pants. Come think of it, he doesn't have a neck either. He loves his Ladybug Salt, though.....

how well does it stay clipped in the kydex??

It locks in very nice. The blade shape of all the Spydercos I've made sheaths make for excellent retention, without having to make it overly tight. I have a trigger pull scale around here somewhere I could measure the necessary force with, I think. I imagine it would be several pounds. Holding the neck chain, you can't sling the knife out. But once you snap it past the hump in the blade, it just slides out.

Re:Using the jimping
You can't tell my buddy anything, he's generally very crabby. Yucka Yucka.
