Ladybug Spyderedge Question

I found a Ladybug Spyderedge at the local hardware store for 15 bucks. (my first Spyderco btw)

It is black and has a sheepsfoot serrated blade.

I can't find it on Amazon or EBay.

I imagine it's a discontinued Spyderco model.

Just curious as to what kind of steel it is. How much I'd have to pay for a second one (because I really like this one) It compliments my plain edge EDC perfectly.

That's the Ladybug 2 and the steel was AUS6
