Lagana VTAC Spike Chip

hey everyone! I was out tossing my VTAC the other day when it bounced off the tree and the spike hit a rock dead on. Now the spike tip is chipped away/bent in. Is it as easy as a fix as resharpening or is there something else I have to do?

I was also wondering about the coating, a few pieces has flecked off and I was wondering if I should add something to reseal it or will it be ok?

Minor flattening of the tip, it shouldn't affect its performance, I'd just leave it alone unless it gets worse.

unfortunately I only have an old phone camera so thats the best pic I can get (doesnt like things close up) if you look at the very tip of the spike you can see it

Won't affect anything at all. Like Dusty said........beat the snot out of that thing. That's what's its made for.
