Hi there, I am looking for some Laguiole knives. Researched on this forum, seems Fontenille Pataud, Forge de Laguiole are good brands while Robert David is as well.

But I cannot find Forge de Laguiole 9 cm models on their official website while some other 3rd party dealers are selling.

Any idea?
Is 9 cm Laguiole too small for handling and for daily usage, such as cutting sausage, cheese, etc?

If there is a photo / image you can post will be appreciated.
Have a good day.

There are also Honoré Durand, Actiforge and Laguiole en Aubrac.
I just checked and all my Laguiole are 10 cm models. They are a bit bulky and heavy in the pocket.
I wouldn't hesitate to take a 9 cm model. Most of my folders have blades ranging from 7 to 8 cm. It's perfect for my uses.

Thank you for providing the information. Yes, I forgot to mention Laguiole en Aubrac, great as well, for the rest 2 brands, let me do some study.

I checked the specs and compared the blade length, seems 9cm is fine, but from the review videos, they look so small ;)

The last question is, now I am considering the Forge de Laguiole, but cannot find any model on their official website, so I have no idea if they are fake ones or just archived models.
