I am trying to locate a place where I can purchase a laguiole folding knife in Australia. I have been unsuccessful in locating a retailer or indeed wholesaler for the knives. If anyone can help that would be apprecited.

I think people here order direct from manufacturers in Laguiole. Or was that not the name of the town? It has a different spelling or something. I forget. Laguioles are a real mother.

I've never come across an aussie dealer. I got might from another forum member. No problem to bring in. If you don't want to import try Jdee at Rustic forge.com he's in victoria & member of this forum. He can get individual orders.

Also have you tried posting in the Asian & Aussie forum.
